Service
ZEN FieldOps is a configured software and support offering operated by Rent A Nerd for service companies using an Odoo 19 CE powered foundation.
Subscription and implementation
Published pricing is $999 per month when paid annually or $1,299 month to month. Scope, launch plan, data import, hosting, customization, training, and support expectations should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, approving workflows, managing authorized users, and maintaining appropriate internal policies for data access and use.
Data ownership and backups
Your operational records remain your business data. Backup frequency, retention, restore testing, and export procedures should be defined during implementation.
No fake guarantees
ZEN FieldOps is designed to improve visibility and workflow discipline, but specific business results depend on process adoption, data quality, staff training, and operational execution.
